Our policy for physical products provides for a 14 day return period. If 14 days have passed since the date of purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you any refunds or exchanges.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

For return purposes, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

 

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to acknowledge receipt of the item. We will also let you know if your refund request has been approved or denied.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your card or original payment method, within a number of days.

Late or outstanding refunds:

If you still haven't received a refund, first double-check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before the refund is formally posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time for posting a refund.

Change

We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at info@thecamelotinstitute.com.

To make a return send us an email to Info@thecamelotinstitute.com.
The shipping costs for returning the item will be at your expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will not be included in the refund.

Depending on the country you live in, the delivery time for the replacement product may vary.
